No Refunds Policy: I want to emphasise that refunds are not available once you’ve enrolled in one of my training courses. Please be certain of your commitment before proceeding with enrollment.

Behavioral Expectations: Maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment is crucial to our collective growth. If anyone displays consistent poor behavior or acts abusively towards me or fellow students, they will be promptly expelled from the class. Unfortunately, there will be no chance for a refund or resit until I am confident that the disruptive behaviour will not recur.

Active Participation Requirement: Your active participation is key to your success in the course. You must keep your camera on during class sessions and fully engage in all activities and discussions to ensure you meet the certification requirements.

Prerequisite Compliance: Before enrolling in any class, please ensure that you have met all prerequisites. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for enrollment and affect your certification eligibility.
